Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed or electronically mailed to the administrative secretariat.
Cancellations received up to July 16, 2017 : 50% refund will be made
Cancellations received after July 16, 2017: no refund will be made

Language

The official congress language is English.
Slides and presentations in the main topics have to be in English.
SSHH presentations will be held in German or French

Workshops, Posters, Posterflashes may be presented in English, German or French.
Slides for all presentations have to be in English.

Simultaneous translation

Simultaneous translation German/French will be provided for several SSHH relevant sessions. The concerned sessions will be marked accordingly in the program.
